Reason to Run

You provide the reason, we provide the run.

Reed College 5K

The third annual Reed College 5K is a run/walk open to all ages and abilities. Proceeds from the race benefit Duniway, Grout, Llewellyn, Lewis, and Woodstock elementary schools.

The race, starting at 9 a.m. on Saturday September 20, 2014, will wind around the campus and touch on the Eastmoreland, Reed, and Woodstock neighborhoods. This year, a fitted, technical t-shirt is included with your registration fee. Packet pick-up is at Pace Setter Athletic from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday, September 19. Pace Setter Athletic is located in the heart of Woodstock Village: 4203 SE Woodstock Blvd Portland, OR. On race day, packet pick-up will be at Reed College's Eliot Circle beginning at 8 a.m.

Celebrate your epic endeavour with a free post-race pancake breakfast catered by Bon Appétit and stay for the Reed College Community Day where alumni, neighbors, and friends of all ages are welcome to enjoy a day of music, food, and fun. Community Day activities include:
