Our post-release program and resource center aims to provide local running community connections for participants and additional information on the benefits of running. If you were a member of any of the Reason to Run CCCF Run Groups please contact us so we may continue supporting you in your journey!

A key success factor for all runners is to find a running community you can connect with.  A supportive running community will provide accountability, friendship and safety.
